Spray Silicone Lubricant on Wiper Blades

i let safelite repair my window it doesn't even look right. looks like it's not even sealing properly... 390$ later and this is all I can get? also not the window brands the driver side is a actual bmw glass. should I get refunded if possible? about to call my insurance and let them know about this.
