(Sorry my voice is a bit scratchy!!) So: 👉 You don’t need to wait between the foods! The science shows us that the ideal order is veggies first (here, the broccoli), then proteins and fats (here the tofu is protein) and starches and sugars last (the rice is a starch). In real life, you don’t need to do this order (it’s complicated!) I like just remembering veggies first, and carbs towards the end of the meal.
