Just a few tips on how I plant a ‘Limelight’ hydrangea! This is how I plant almost anything in the garden! Dig the hole wide and break up the soil, amending it as you go. Water it in halfway to be sure to eliminate air pockets and to get the water all the way to the base of the root ball. Make sure the top of the root ball is level with the surrounding soil or even a little higher. I like to raise mine up a bit and build the soil up to it. Then mulch to protect it in the upcoming hot months! ☀️☀
