Made this mistake rushing to prune some branches last year. We all make them and it’s okay. After all it’s a learning experience. Now you can learn from mine.😁💚🌳🍎Fruit trees are usually pruned in late winter when they’re dormant. Diseased branches as well ones that cross over other branches are removed as well as water sprouts (ones that grow vertically).🪚When removing a branch, it’s important not to cut too flush to the main trunk or not leave a stub as shown in the beginning of this reel.
