If your lymph nodes are congested the lymphatic fluid in your lymph vessels are not going to drain very well. Both of these tools help move the fluid in your lymph vessels (mostly). So if you have hard, swollen, enlarged, congested lymph nodes neither of these are going to be as effective as they could be. This is why I recommending doing at least the Specific 7 if not the Total 12 lymph node clearing before utilizing either of these 😉 I am all about maximizing outcomes when it comes to efforts
