Standing Tumbling is Underrated… Part 2 Most people prefer running tumbling and I get it, but hear me out! I know that it is easier to generate power with a run, however I also know that if the ONLY way you can produce power is with a run… you are limiting yourself as a tumbler. The benefits of learning how to execute a skill with less of a run are pretty substantial.
