The machine you’ve seen me making yogurt in is called a Euro cuisine. I got it from my sister. The base is a heating pad and it helps ferment the yogurt and keep the temperature stable. For cashew yogurt I ferment it for 15 hours. The duration is different depending on the milk you use. You don’t really need a yogurt machine to make yogurt.
