I hope you enjoy this circuit as much as I do. If you don’t have a weighted ball, a dumbbell also works. You can do the entire circuit 2,3 or 4 times depending on your fitness level. Here’s the routine: Exercise 1: wood-chop - 8 reps each side Exercise 2: front raise - lift ball overhead 12-15 reps Exercise 3: Goblet marches - 25 reps each leg Exercise 4: Ball overhead hip rotations - 15 reps each direction, clockwise and counter clockwise.
