I love to swing a kettlebell in all the different ways. There are different ways that the swing is taught, but I really do like the way I was taught and how I teach. One of my mentors was Anthony Diluglio of Art of Strength. You know who this is if you’ve been at this for as long as I have. He was the OG of kettlebell training in the US.
