I ended my leg day workout with dumbbell deadlifts, nordic hamstring curls, prone neck extension, and weighted lateral neck flexion. Check them out below: 1️⃣ Dumbbell Deadlifts: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells in each hand with palms facing your body. Hinge at the hips and lower the dumbbells towards the floor, keeping your back straight and core engaged. Push through your heels and lift the dumbbells back up, squeezing your glutes at the top. Aim for sets of 8-10 reps.
