Here’s how to do this flashing effect 🎬🔥 Create a fully customisable flash machine without using any plug-ins. Duplicate the footage and push the highlights of bottom layer all the way up for white flashes. You can also grade colorise the footage for even funkier/colourful flashes. To create the default capcut black flash, simply lower the opacity. Adjust the opacity to tune the intensity of the flashes.
