The perfect grilled chicken sandwich for dinner

Grilled chicken sandwiches. One of our favorites. I picked up these @millerpoultry boneless skinless chicken thighs from my local @marianosmarket and marinated them in a mix of bbq sauce and sriracha. After a few hours in the fridge, they hit the @biggreenegg , directly over charcoal.
