When “My consignments” is activated, you automatically receive information about all incoming consignments addressed to the address stored in your Swiss Post Customer Login.
“My Post” is the customer portal at swisspost.ch. Once they have logged in with Swiss ID, customers can access their personal customer portal directly. This is where you can view and directly use Swiss Post’s most frequently used online services. Additionally, you can see all your current and past postal transactions at a glance.
1 ↑ Prices in CHF, VAT-exempt. We charge an additional CHF 5.00 for cash-paid consignments you send at the counter without a waybill. Please note the regulations for declaring and customs clearing international goods and the import regulations and traffic restrictions in the destination country using the “Country information” online service.
