What is the best way to light pellets without the ignitor working?
2015年8月8日 · 90% ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL is the best and cheapest way to start your pellet stove. Take a handful of pellets put it in a small plastic cup, pour some alcohol into the cup to coat the pellets wait about a minute then pour the pellets into the burn pot, light it and you are done. I have been using this method for 2 years with no complaints.

2011年11月14日 · I have had the igniter go out several times and have done it with gel and with a torch. The key is to not turn the stove on, put a handful of pellets in the burn pot, add and light the starter or torch the pellets, get a good flame going, crack the door a little and let it burn.

2017年7月24日 · The power draw is very low for the heat it puts out. Pellet usage will vary with pellet type and condition, but the Serenity is forgiving of many pellet conditions. It just takes a bit of user input to make adjustments accordingly. So if you are looking for a hands off stove that is set it and forget it, the Serenity is not for you.

The generator must be outside the house (stinky carbon MONOXIDE EXHAUST) & run an extension cord only to the pellet stove.
