2004年2月8日 · I remember that in Heir to the Empire, when Luke is researching C'Baoth, he remembers searching the Senate db for info on Yoda's species and coming up empty. You would think that someone in-universe would know, but it is a big galaxy and the prequel era EU makes it clear that quite a bit of it is not within the borders of the Republic.

2015年1月10日 · There are some members of Yoda's species who do speak in a modern way like that, even in the old EU. Further, in terms of character, it's pretty obvious that Yoda spoke backwards a lot when he was pretending to be crazy in the Classic Trilogy. He spoke both normally and backwards afterward. He doesn't speak backwards all the time.

We know virtually nothing of the Whills, other than one of them taught Qui-Gon how to maintain his consciousness after death, and they're the beings writing the Journal of the Whills, which tells the story of the galaxy.

2013年3月26日 · So eventually my curiosity brought me to Wookieepedia where I searched Yoda's species. It turned out, this "Yoda's species" didn't even have a recorded name! And the home world Yoda and "his" species is from is also unknown. Why is it that one of the greatest Jedi's (if not the greatest Jedi) doesn't even have a name or home world for his species.

Maybe their planet was destroyed years ago, and only a few are left (maybe Yoda was the last)... see, if he hadn't become a jedi, he could have carried on the yoda species if he had found a wife...

2002年9月26日 · The species of Yoda or Yaddle is never mentioned as far as i can think..what if there is a planet in the unknown regions which is inhabited by force-users, Yoda and Yaddle were both on the council of the Old Jedi, wouldn't finding their planet be a valuable assert to fighting the Vong or help the Jedi?
