locking diff and 4x4 not working 05 450 kodiak
2010年11月3日 · If you then move a couple feet or so, it should engage diff-lock and the indicator stops blinking. I don't believe that these switches are your issue because they do not control the motor...they just tell the CDI what 4X4/diff-lock position the diff is in.

2020年7月3日 · I do use diff lock in snow or on ice while riding long trails, when I need the momentum that comes with ground speed, but on dry dirt or rock trails not so much. Let us know which model you have (diff lock or not).

2019年4月26日 · The flashing of the diff lock light is nothing to worry about. It will do that when the diff lock is not engaged. Did you check all three relays for continuity? Wires coming from under the relays? Those are a few things to check.

2016年2月15日 · I found that those wires only become energized when the diff lock switch is on so it doesn't cause any functioning issues that I have noticed. Earlier bike schematics don't have that wiring going through the CDI at all.
