2021年9月30日 · for anyone else having this, you need to be signed into the same account on your pc as you are on the xbox app. click the start menu icon, start typing to open up the search bit, and switch accounts by clicking your profile icon in the top right of the start menu. then try launching a game a few more times till it works.
