2020年5月20日 · The leaked code is almost the full source tree, it has Windows XP SP1 and Windows Server 2003. The main things it's missing are winlogon.exe, which handles registration keys so it was likely excluded on purpose.

But you can try to follow the Guide from Mental Outlaw to compile Windows Server 2003. There was never a Video about Compiling Windows XP from Mental Outlaw btw.

I got it running as well, though the files provided by him weren't enough to make a fully functioning build, as it was published very shortly after the leak.
