A white box shows the artboard when exporting a png
2021年3月4日 · Even when the transparent option was checked, a white box actually appeared in the browser showing the artboard after exporting the logo to png. . I have tried other ways to export with the same result. It looks transparent before it is exported. Please offer suggestions? Perhaps there is a simple solution.

2016年3月31日 · I have an image which I am placing into Indesign, I am then exporting as a pdf and printing. In both Indesign and the pdf on screen the image looks perfect, transparent background, however once it prints the image has a white box around it. I have tried saving the image out as a psd, png, tif, eps, ai you name it and I can't get passed the issue.

2021年1月10日 · If the fill is still white after trying the first response, I'd suggest checking on the graphic in Adobe Photoshop. You have much better controls to affect your PNG's properties there, as well as the option to save the file in other formats and determine if there's an issue with importing PNG files into InDesign or just a problem importing this ...

2017年2月22日 · If I view PNG's in Windows 10 using Photo's I get a black background around the PNG... Similarly, I would get a white background When I had Windows 8 and used Photo Gallery. The same applies to Apple or even Linux. If when you open the file in Photoshop it shows an alpha transparent layer still then the PNG is likely still transparent.
