Tickets purchased online will be valid for the date purchased only and can be used anytime starting at 9:30 am until 3 pm when the entry gates close. Gates will remain open for Zoo Members only until 3:30 pm. The Zoo closes at 4 pm.

Advance reservations and timed ticketing for everyone, including Zoo members, may be used in during high traffic times or events like spring break, or the popular annual event, ZooBoo. Currently, Timed Ticketing is not required.
