2016年2月28日 · For Net Core 2.2 project - After a MASSIVE struggle and trying everything from deleting .vs folder, deleting IIS Express configs, changing port numbers, changing bindings, and to running VS as admin I FINALLY fixed issue by 1. closing VS, 2. deleting launchSettings.json 3. opening VS which re-generated launchSettings.json.
