2020年6月10日 · The device works fine on another laptop. It's as if I mistakenly turned off my Comm Ports or something. The Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port remains greyed out. I tried Add New Hardware and installing the (new) Prolific drivers -- nothing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling every Port and USB on Device Manager -- nothing.

2015年8月16日 · The only problem with it, is that, it reload the latest driver when you plug the device on a never used USB port. So, if you change place of connection, you should manually set the driver to 3.3, but you have to do that only the first time you used this port.
