2017年11月3日 · I am unable to send it to VirusTotal because Windows Defender won't let me keep the file on the computer. So I uploaded a picture of what happens over here. I put red boxes around the file that I downloaded and Windows Defender message. I tried putting in the download URL at VirusTotal, yet only 1 site detected it as a virus.

2014年2月15日 · I had the popup window to select the download folder, files, and the like located off of my main moniter. I had had a secondary moniter running previously with that window on it, and when I disabled the display it stayed there. I finally fixed by re-enabling the display and moving it to the main display, and restarting the download.

2021年5月2日 · I try to download a torrent today, and first time ever Windows 10 displays a popup "Potentially Unwanted App", and utorrent will not open. I go to Windows Security and allow the utorrent app, and all is fine. But when i restart windows i have to do this each time. Is there a fix or workaround? Have Microsoft just declared war on torrents?
How to make a torrent auto open to download
2010年9月29日 · By accident I clicked to download and the box to do this everytime was checked. Now I cant get it back to the way it used to be. I tried clicking on the box that says auto open the program window and to start the download automatically and nothing seems to help. Now it downloads the torrent file instead of just opening it in utorrent.

2010年12月10日 · All of my torrents were by default set to download contents to my downloads folder on my C:\ drive. My C:\ drive is not large enough for this. I looked in the uTorrent help topics just in case and it states "Put new downloads in" specifies the default location that the contents of newly added torrent jobs will be downloaded to.

2013年12月4日 · Same issue here with uTorrent 1.9.1(30063) on OSX 10.9.1. I noticed that some downloads added with magnet links stuck at "Downloading Metadata" or at "Checking 0%". Stop and restart the download doesn't work, but sometimes downloads starts by shutdown uTorrent and launch it again.
