I am guessing that the Fiocchi hulls have a polyformed base, or possibly even a fiber base rather than compression formed like AA or Peters Blue.

I see a couple of marks on the stock and a couple of scratches on the steel...so in my mind that is NOT 100%. It also states that this shotgun has never been fired but I don't know how to tell for SURE.
