2010年9月3日 · Not sure why Trenitalia (or Roma Termini) decided this, but the people with most luggage - cruisers - have to walk the longest distance at Roma Termini. Go figure! I'm surprised there are not more heart attacks as multiple-suitcase burdened travelers run, and run, and run out to the satellite tracks.

2012年5月28日 · Rome is really quite compact so "near" Termini is deceiving. Piazza Navona is probably a 30 minute walk or 15 euro cab ride. The #40 bus is express from Termini to Largo Argentina, which is a stone's throw from Campo dei Fiori and P.za Navona. The #40 is, IMHO, a safer alternative to the #64.

2008年4月4日 · I agree with the others - use the Metro! It's by far the easiest method. The Metro stations are about 2 levels down from the main station. You're looking for the "B" (blue) line, direction Laurentina (on the return trip to Termini, direction is Rebibbia). From Termini the Colosseo station is only two stops (be careful crossing the street).

We did this route twice 2 weeks ago, the driver said 15 max, and the fare was just under 10 Euros. Going back to Roma Termini there was a lot of morning traffic, and the fate was 12 Euros.

2010年9月17日 · Gwen, I'd suggest using the Metro and a then a short walk, as Donna mentioned. From Termini, use Line "A" (direction Torrevecchia) to the Ottaviano station (six stops from Termini). As I recall, the walk from the station is quite reasonable. On the return trip, use the reverse method (direction Anagnina). Happy travels!

2024年5月29日 · The 1143 to Rome allows the day trip crowds to clear from Civi, and still puts you on a fast train, arriving at Florence at 1511, a far more robust timing with a 27 minute connection in Rome. Or the 1246 fast train from Civi to Pisa up the coast changing there into a regional arriving at 1601- still a decent time to arrive.

2014年5月15日 · Roberto ---- Regionale train from Fiumicino Airport to Roma San Pietro station (must change trains at Roma Trastevere station) for €8. Then walk from Roma San Pietro station to your hotel (less than a mile, probably 15 min walk). When I have taken the local to Termini it always stops at San Pietro without a train change. But that was last year.

2023年6月2日 · Without mentioning that Rome has two airports Ciampino and Fiumicino. FCO (aka Fiumicino) is served by two trains. The cheap FL1 calls at Roma Tiburtina and Roma Trastevere stations on the way to the airport. Then there is the Leonardo Express, that's more expensive, makes no intermediate stops and departs every 30 minutes or so from Roma Termini.
