2023年8月22日 · MK4, without stealth mode, even without IS, is noisier (concrete block, pads etc) and effectively blocks me doing this. For me this is the drop that tilts the balance in favor of MK3S, regardless of its slowness.

My inside source says that they'll be announcing a new software-programmable print surface that allow the user to select the surface texture for every print, thereby rendering the powder-coated and PEI print surfaces obsolete. Textured powder-coated PEI sheets will begin regular shipment at that time.
