2017年4月27日 · Yes, the RNG in Emerald is broken, which makes soft resetting targets completely pointless unless you have an "early shiny frame", meaning that the numbers being rerolled in your game, depending on your ID and SID combo, one of them has been programmed to produce a shiny.

2011年6月29日 · Shiny Pokemon are NOT time based. You can still get a shiny starter on your game with a dry internal battery. Just keep soft resetting until you get one. And yes, finding a shiny through random encounters is the same as in other games. Every time you encounter a wild Pokemon, there is a 1/8192 chance that it will be shiny.
