I still have some problem falling asleep at night but I'll try a few different things. Thanks for your support. I think it takes a few tries to get used to it.

Is anyone experiencing Restless Leg Syndrome post-op?
I and others here ha e found that taking one 100gm of Magnesium Citrate sorts it for me. Before my ankle revision surgery I took it very occasionally but after it had to be most nights before bed time. Always works for me. If it is leg cramp then Quinine tablets or Indian Tonic water which for me is a very rapid fix. Cheers Richard
