Parinaud oculoglandular syndrome is a unilateral granulomatous conjunctivitis with regional lymphadenopathy. The most common identifiable cause is Bartonella henselae (cat scratch disease), but less common etiologies include Afipia felis, Bartonella clarridgeiae, tularemia, tuberculosis, sporotrichosis, syphilis, and coccidiomycosis.
