2018年9月19日 · Also, since forever, when the inbox opens it displays the Inbox files and focuses on the first one, as expected, then says says "Unable to perform this action now, try again later"and won't let me open the file. I can open any other file then go back and the first file opens correctly. Don't know if the two problems are related or not. Any ideas?

Had been receiving Storage warnings for a couple of days with my Hotmail account and proceeded to clear Inbox items over 12 months old. Still receiving Access Denied when selecting an Inbox email to open. This is an Outlook issue. I suggest that you fix it, Zachary. Thank you.
