2011年10月2日 · I then tested the TPS with the #1 throttle valve disconnected asper the Yammie manual. The initial TPS voltage was .47 volts. I adjusted the TPS to .50 volts. If I manually advance the #1 throttle valve to WOT it get 4.19 volts. Additionally I hear a buzzing from the TPS from 1/3 to maybe 1/2 WOT.

2017年8月21日 · I checked my TPS using Rodbolts old post with instructions. I was at .58 volts idle (orange and pink wire) and then I took the orange lead and connected it to the red wire and the full throttle reading was 4.98(testing pink-red). That last reading was taken after I adjusted the TPS back to the recommended .62 volts.

2010年10月23日 · TPS voltage is easily tested, CPS and CTS are easily tested. fuel rail pressure is easily tested. lift pumps are a simple test and the 3.1L motors eat them. atmospheric and intake air sensors are easily tested; its also why I use the 75 dollar diagnostic test lamp, no codes then I dont need to test sensors other than the O2 sensor.

2009年1月14日 · so the test method you choose is your choice, just be sure you use the correct method for the component being tested. a bad Tstat on that motor can lead to an idle speed above 900 RPM, runs rich, burns a lot of fuel but otherwise runs. it will display a code 33 all the time as the engine may stay below 113*.
