2014年2月1日 · I vape mostly zero nic juice which has no TH. I make my own juice so I can mix anything I want. I've tried alcohol, menthol, cinnamon and hot pepper in various amounts. I've taken the power up to 35 watts. Nothing I've tried approaches the effect nic has on my vape.

2012年5月30日 · I am using 3 mg menthol and there is still a slight throat hit. The nicotine content definately contributes to the throat hit but I have noticed that the lower the nic level, the more pleasant the taste of the flavors. You sacrifice throat hit for flavor that's for sure. Good luck. I think if you vape zero mg juice in menthol it is the best way.

In preparation for the surgery, at the advice of my surgeon and from doing online research, I understand I need to stop inhaling nicotine now. Nicotine in any form messes with the healing process, and I don't want to compromise the process in any way.
