Your letter should focus on helping decision-makers formulate a more complete picture of your mentee than can be built from their submission alone.
As a mentee, you can obtain valuable feedback and assistance from an experienced bench officer to help you hone the necessary skills for a successful judicial candidacy. We invite you to submit an application to become a mentee.
Letter of Support The supervisor/sponsor must submit a letter of support. In an attachment, please provide a statement of support for your employee’s admission into the program. Some questions to consider include: Why do you think this person is an ideal candidate for thisprogram? How would this individua l benefit from this experience?

An important criterion for acceptance into the mentoring program is your letter of motivation. It reflects your self-motivation. The following guidelines apply to the preparation of the motivation letter: Please write your letter of motivation with max. 2000 characters in German or English.
