Capital One Shopping is a total scam and fraud for doing shady crap like this. Their customer support is literally a joke with copy and paste responses. When I tried it didn’t let me apply anything although it ran the codes but she always gets it down close to 40-50% with like 4 codes and her perks to work coupons through Pepsi.
