Lol Vietnamese people have a pate as well due to the French influence during the colonial period. I like Bo Ne Houston, which is in Chinatown Bellaire. Bo Ne is steak and eggs on a sizzling platter. It comes with a salad and bread with Vietnamese pate and mayo. Love this place. You can also order Roostar pate and bread. It's pretty good as well.
