2009年6月7日 · At the last hospital I worked at it was color-coded by department ceil blue=surg & related (PACU, etc) dk green=ER pink=NICU/maternity ward lab was going to be brown..bleh Hospital I work at now there does not seem to be color-coding, there are hospital-owned scrubs just in ceil blue and everyone else pretty much besides OR/ER wear their own.

Here, we had discussed trying to get a department/service color but we would all HAVE to wear that one color all the time. Too many of us have bought scrubs of different colors over the years and we would never be able to wear them again so that idea was shot down.

2007年11月11日 · Get any color you want because your Gross Anatomy scrubs are going to end up smelly, greasy and likely material for a bonfire. Most medical bookstores or hospital uniform shops have scrubs or you can order them on line (do a Google search). Few if any people are going to care what you are wearing or what your scrubs look like in Gross Anatomy.

2010年5月23日 · OP, I don't wear anything under my scrub bottoms (save underwear), but I almost always wear a tank top under my top. However, this is mostly because the scrub tops I wear are faux-wrap around tops, so they aren't stitched together above the bust. When I wear regular bras with these tops, I show a lot more skin than I'm comfortable with.

2013年6月8日 · It took me months and was a huge hassle for me to shadow in the OR. You have to know the right people to even get in. Mind this was a teaching hospital, the doctors were very welcoming and informative. However, I wasn't allowed to scrub in due to malpractice insurance policy etc. I just watched and eavesdropped on their conversations.
