2022年3月13日 · My first street bike in 95 after being on dirt bikes for 10 years ! Love it ! Carbs aren't bad, just tricky to get in and out. Internet has the original Honda Racing mod that taps into the bottom of the motor and runs a T fitting for 2 oil lines to the original cams oil feeds. Super easy and a Metric Ton of oil flow.

2022年3月9日 · In 2003 WordSBK was a Ducati series so to get the Japanese bikes back it changed its rules and allowed 1000cc bikes of all cylinders in 2004. Since then Honda has been racing the CBR1000RR there as a privateer with support from Honda Europe. A year or 2 ago Honda started supporting WorldSBK through HRC again with the ridiculously named CBR1000RR-R

The CBR1000RR didn't get any major updates since 2008 until recently and it also had its ugly phase. Meanwhile in the same time frame Ducati manufactured and sold the 1098, 1198, 1199, 1299 and the V4. Honda really stopped caring about their flagship superbike, which is confusing because they also have the most well funded MotoGP team.
