2022年6月1日 · Go to your settings menu, accessibility, keyboard. The second area is called on-screen keyboard, access keys, and print screen. Option 3 says "Use the print screen button to open screen snipping" . Turn that off and then you will be able to assign the printscrn button in Greenshot to the "select region" option and it will work properly. See images.

I also tried changing it to Greenshot with the 'Choose default apps by file type' option, but Greenshot still does not want to show up in the list. I don't know what to do anymore.

2017年5月5日 · Greenshot help has been visited but assumes more know-how than I have. Greenshot worked before on this Surface Pro 4. It stopped working when it was upgraded. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Greenshot nearly a dozen times. This did not help.
