After some years shooting P-series Sigs, yesterday I finally acquired a Glock - G19x - because everyone should have at least one. I bought that particular model because 3-dot, metal night sights.

I figured the folks at Ameriglo were a lot smarter than I was about the physics of the bullet leaving the barrel and where it would impact, so I took their word on it.

2017年10月18日 · Further, Glock didn't use its existing 6.1mm rear sights which they already had. For some reason, they came out with a new 6.1mm which is a bit narrower, but with a wider notch. EDIT, 10/27/17. I've now got over 2K rounds through my G17Gen5 and G19Gen5. I've replaced the 6.1 rear sights with 6.5 (steel Ameriglo) sights I had in my parts bins.

A tiny bit of filing on the sight's dovetail may be needed or just have a good strong rear sight installation tool.

G33 uses 6.5mm.
