The Dr. Oligo synthesizer is a high-throughput synthetic chemistry instrument with primary application to automation of phosphoramidite chemistry for synthesis of DNA and RNA oligomers. This instrument can produce high-quality synthetic oligonucleotides at a rate of 192 x 20-base length per 2.5-3.0 hour period.
