Input button on Dish remote will not switch TV inputs
2018年6月22日 · Not being able to change TV inputs is not a problem (or a bug), it is a feature. What is described is the documented way of turning off the feature. The feature is there for customers who do not want the input on their TV to be changed. (Leave the TV input set to DISH and let the DISH receiver control what is seen on the screen.)

2023年11月4日 · A couple days ago my Joey’s remote directional arrows stopped working, then I started to use the remote with the Dish Anywhere App. Soon the arrow buttons stopped being responsive as well. I ordered a replacement remote, but with the later sub issue, do you think I could have a problem with the receiver as well?

2013年5月7日 · I really like my Hopper/Joey upgrade that DISH installed for me last week. I am trying to get two URC MX-500 IR Universal Remotes to work with both units. I have the Joey working with the MX-500 some, but the Hopper does not work at all. I have "IR" enabled in both menus on the DISH equipment.

2021年5月10日 · It's a System-wide issue, NOT a Joey or Remote issue. This happens AT all Joeys, (again we have 4 Wireless Joeys, connected via Ethernet - Cat5e to Linksys MESH Velop Nodes at each Joey location), AND the Hopper 3 DVR. Rewind for less than 1 Minute and 4 Seconds and at some point SOON during the watching of a show, the STB WILL jump to live.

False remote battery low warnings - DBSTalk Forum
2010年1月13日 · Two weeks ago I got a "remote battery low" warning on remote 2 for a 622. Since I'd replaced those batteries just 5 months ago I tested them with a multimeter. All tested very good. Today I got the warning again. Since I'm sure the batteries are still good, I'm ignoring the message but wondering what's causing it.
