And with location services on there is unconsenually another location in my app and it is defaulted and not removable. I do not need or want “my location” in my app.

In the Weather app tap on the “Hamburger” menu in the lower right corner and add or remove any cities that you choose. I have 5 cities plus Current Location, and none of them are Cupertino.

I got a pop up asking if I wanted to let the app use my location even when I wasn’t using it and since the “while using” setting didn’t work I said yes and did another reset. STILL Cupertino.

I can click on it and select change location and select either My Location or actually input my zip code, but when I try to hit the Done button, it does nothing. I changed my location online at weather.com too. Location services are on. I'm pretty sure it's that Done button on the top right.
