Project of Raymond S. Persi. He had a character called RayRay which used this exact costume, and blank room soup was originally uploaded to his own channel. Then he tried to say that the costumes had been stolen from his van outside a gig, but for some reason never actually took it further calling the cops or anything.

2021年4月8日 · They are just Ray-Ray costumes created by a guy named Raymond Persi. He put on shows around LA with the characters. Raymond said the costumes were stolen by people that made the "Blank Room Soup" video, but if you watch some interviews with Persi, he looks very much like the guy sitting at the table in the video.

Either way, I doubt we're getting more about the origin of this, besides the testimony from Raymond Persi, whether you believe his story or not.
