Energy Assistance - Byrd Barr Place
Byrd Barr Place administers three energy assistance programs to help households with energy, heating, and cooling: Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for Seattle City Light customers, using electric, gas, wood, or oil. Payment support ranges from $200 to $1,000.
