Yeah, I am sure the RS6 is a better car dynamically than the RS Q8, but no one is realistically going to take either car on the track. More likely both cars will spend their days sitting in traffic jams in LA or Miami or overtaking random people on the freeway, so most buyers won’t care.

Not true. A wagon will haul the same gear as its equivalently sized SUV. Same cargo space; just a lower load height. And a wagon will haul as much ass and handle as well as the car version of whatever model you're considering. See Audi RS6 wagon.

Everytime I saw an RS6 I'd drool and feel a tinge of jealousy, but that'd fade away as soon as I buried the throttle and hit a cloverleaf. In 10 years even the RS6 will look dated and old, but the E63 will still be a wonderful thing to drive.
