2021年2月21日 · I cannot tell what the machine is in your video, but it should have a recovery mode for the tool arm. (My experience is only with a few manufacturers though) It there a way to start the machine in debug mode, or keep the reset button depressed when homing the machine?

2010年8月24日 · It seems that the machine was getting stuck mid tool change because the drawbar wasn't releasing quickly or completely enough, so when the piston pushed the arm down to swap tools, it was actually yanking the head down a few thousandths. The machine would abort the tool change, presumably to prevent the arm from hitting the head.

2021年11月11日 · Tool pocket is down. I hit the ATC about 100+ times and I get nothing. I looked at some videos about the CAMBOX and i understand how it works. The issue is that the arm is touching the spindle at this point. It can't go up any higher, and in order for the arm to start coming down it needs to complete its full cycle of going up first.
