I don't think it's junctional at all. A short PR interval or, even better, p waves following the QRS would make me think of junctional rhythm, because the atrial and ventricular depolarizations should happen almost simultaneously in that condition. What junctional rhythm would produce such a delay between p waves and the QRS complexes and why?

2018年8月28日 · While junctional can have inverted p waves, they need to have a shortened PR associated with them. PR appears normal length. Also, is definitely not NSR for everyone claiming that below; p wave should be upright in I, II and down in aVr for it to originate from the SA node
