2021年9月10日 · Correct, any Bluetooth module of 4.0 is compatible with any other Bluetooth 3.1 or newer device. However with some throughput limitations. IE if your phone has 5.0 your still only getting 4.0 latency and quality, and vice versa for connecting 3.1 devices.

Anyway to fix Bluetooth issues or replace the 8.4 uConnect
2020年7月26日 · I have a 2013 with the 8.4 uConnect, and I despise it's existence. The Bluetooth almost doesn't exist when I start the car. Won't connect to any device and it's random. I'll be jamming to music, fill up quick, start the car again and it won't connect to anything unless I shut the car off, let it sit for 10ish minutes and it might work again.

2020年4月25日 · Same thing happened to me. As others have said, it’s a fairly common issue. I’ve heard the bluetooth module can be pretty expensive so I bought a bluetooth receiver to aux on Amazon. It’s been working great for months, the only thing is I can’t use the steering wheel controls to skip songs (volume and call answering/ending works).
Help. It's been like this since I bought it. 2013 dart limited.
2021年3月2日 · Hands-free loading that doesn't go away means your telematics module has gone bad. This is a common failure point unfortunately. The official name for this is the convergence telematics module, or, CTM. Unfortunately this isn't a particularly cheap module, I saw on a glance anywhere from $100(used) to $400(new).

I have not removed the battery connection yet or disconnected the connector to the ABS module to force it to hard reset. If you guys can help at all I would appreciate it a lot.

2024年1月30日 · The car is a 2013 dodge dart limited 2.0 I just don’t want to tear it apart, put it back together, and then have to do it again when the part arrives. I just recently got an obd2 scanner and did a proxy alignment and it removed the Bluetooth section from uconnect (module is bad/wasn’t working before)

2019年8月31日 · If your new battery goes dead, the problem is the telematics module itself. I had the exact same problem on my Journey, battery tests good but needed replacing. Replaced it and everything was good for a few months. Then it died again, Pulled the fuse for the Telematics module and battery charged up and worked fine for months.
