2014年2月28日 · I have a 1950 Plymouth Special DeLuxe 4 door with the flat 6/3 on the tree. Looking to swap that out and make a cruiser with a little more kick to it...on a pretty tight budget. What's the best engine/tranny/rearend combo and how did you guys do yours? Just trying to get some ideas and suggestions. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

2017年1月15日 · Your Plymouth wheels have the same bolt pattern as older Fords, 5 on 4 1/2". The problem is your car uses wheel bolts and have a tapered pin to hold the wheel while you put the bolts in. Ford wheels do not have the holes for the pin. The tire store may be able to order Plymouth wheels but I doubt it.

Here's a photo of my 1950 Plymouth showing how much room is between the radiator and the nose of the hood. 2023年6月9日 · As far as i understand, it works for 1951-52 plymouth. But it may work for older/newer ones as well, im just not familiar with the suspension set up on other years. As you can see on the pictures, the front spring lower perch (or lower mount) sits on TOP of the LOWER CONTROL ARM.

2019年6月15日 · Bumpers are stock 50 Plymouth with a 54 Chevy bumper rear guard and brace chopped down and cut to fit license plate. Rear fenders are 52 Chrysler which are about 8 inches longer than the 50 Plymouth. The skirts we’re Chrysler as well but cut the fender well opening out of the 50 Plymouth and made it fit to the Chrysler skirts.

2014年12月29日 · The issues with the original heat box on your Plymouth are 1) it does not have fresh air. 2) the blower fan is too weak, too small, and too inefficient, and 3) it has a horrible duct work system. The inside cab air can be dealt with, if the duct work and blower fan are improved.
