Which compliant tune? Green Diesel Engineering or Duramax Tuner?
2023年2月4日 · I’ve been going down the rabbit hole of compliant tunes for my 2016 Colorado diesel with 43K miles. Engine is stock and have a 2.5” front level and 1” block in back. Also have 265/70/17 tires. GDE and Duramax Tuner are at the top of my list but I can’t seem to commit.

2022年5月5日 · So far in town I have seen 3-4 mpg better and on a 500 mile trip before and after delete with the same exact route I got 2.8 mpg better. I tow a nitro z20 bass boat and have seen an increase of 2 mpg towing so far. I am very pleased with the tune so far and with the EFI live tuner it is very easy to switch tunes.

2024年4月20日 · As an aside, I know GM can do way better, my buddy's Sierra with the new 3.0 diesel is wonderful on the smoothness, refinement and drivability front. My opinion is that the 2.8 in our trucks was a lower volume fuel economy leader, never meant to be a big seller.

2017年7月29日 · They all have full-size Duramax's of varying years and degree's of modification done to them. Most of them pull in the street stock class (can't have bigger turbo or injectors or anything like that, but you can have a tuner, bigger turbo wheel inside stock housing, beefed up tie rods) and are their daily drivers and have stock transmissions.
